Once again this specific branch gave me the worst service ever. I can go to any other shoprite, Checkers branch and receive average to great service, however at your branch SR864, the service is always terrible. Is it because the store is located downtown that service is not a priority? Reasoning is, I walked into you store with a friend not realising I have an empty Bon Aqua water bottle. After my purchase i was at security to check my invoice where he noted the empty bottle. I tried to explain to him that i totally forgot about the bottle and guess what, he decided to make a scene. Making as if i am a who water, yes water worth R5.00. He tried to intimidate, but luckily for me he got the wrong customer. Is this how your customer's are being abused. I am so very upset cause a quick errant into your store was the low of my day. I am truly disappointment and request that service training should be given across the board. s
