After I fitted Mitas E-07s on my bike on 24 Jan 2013 I have had trouble mostly with the front tyre leaking between the tyre and rim. After contacting Full Throttle several times and taking the bike in to be checked I still had no answers.
Today the supplier phoned me to let me know there was a recall on the tyres in Feb 2013!!! The reson for recall was beeding problems. So for 3 months I had a bike that I can ride for about 10km and then the front wheel is flat!
The supplier told me today that I can go to Full Throttle and he will organise that they replace the tyre as they should have done as it was recalled.
So now I would like to know from Full Throttle how they will make up for my 3 months of biking that I missed? Till today I have not even heard a "we are sorry" from them.
