I have bought a kitchen Unit from Ellerince in oct/nov 2012. Upon delivery I saw that it was scratched and the doors were squed and some of them did not even open. I reported this to the store the following day and I was promised that they would send someone to come and inspect. It has been 5 month and no one ever cane. I have been sent from pillar to post. Fist I was told there was no stock but when I went to the store I found that they had stock. I have been calling their customer care line and I did not get any help, instead I was told that they don't solve problems they only do follow up and I find that very useless. In the meantime I am paying them for a kitchem unit I am not happy about
