Please note that i'm writing this complaint in a very great disapointment... On the 30th December 2012, I bought a Kitchen Unit from Ellerince Furnisher shop from Sun City Sun Villlage, Rustenberg, North West, the Kitchen unit was delivered on the 07 January 2012. On delivery, the Croccery cadboard was broken and it was promised to be replaced, still waiting!!!.. On the 18th january 2013, I went to the shop to enquire about the settlement and the replacement of the broken mechandise... R10.402.00 was the amount I was given for the settlement, which almost the double the cash price at R5999.00. I am not the happy with this amount because I don't even have a month with the Kitchen Unit but I have to pay that amount... The whole shop should be Investigated because, that amount its very unrealistic, if you buy something at laybuy you dont pay any extras, But me I was charged almost double for something I bought within a month... The staff and management should go back for proper training, bacause it seems like they don't know what they are doing... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SHOP, I'VE JUST BOUGHT A NEW HOUSE, AND FOR ME I WOULDNT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICE
