Attention Product/Marketing Department,

I have been a life-time-Adidas fan who always buys Adidas tracksuit pants until recently. I have been to five stores that stock your brand. Adidas has brought out a new tracksuit pants (Adi Firebrid trackpant). It is a great product but unfortunately Adidas has inserted zips at the seam of the pants. For the average guy with average build this is not a problem. But if you have short legs, like I do, this pants cannot be altered. The older model Adidas pants did not have zips and could easily be shortened.

This limits your product to the average population. At three of the five stores I spoke to the sales team. They were unanimous that Puma and Nike have increased their sales due to this problem. Two of the salesmen have also contact Adidas South Africa to complain of the problem, as I did, but with no success or interest to change the design policy. The impression I have is that Adidas does not value customer feedback.

I am a consultant and companies pay money for good advice. When you reinstitute your old brand of Adidas tracksuit pants please send me two pairs!
