At the end of April, I logged a complaint on Dischem's customer care line due to multiple incidents of incredibly poor service received in store from rude and abusive staff who feel that the best way to deal with an o/standing account (which incidentally was in fact paid in full and proof of such provided more than once) is to accuse their shoppers of "".
Received a generic response from complaint line assuring me they would investigate and provide feedback.
Still waiting 4 weeks later!!!
Customer "care" consultants equally as incompetent as in-store personnel!!
