Urnt O'gradys

I purchased two packets (140g) of O'gradys at pick n pay scottburgh and when i opened the packet i found that most of the chips where burnt. O'gradys is a premium brand and i expect to receive the product in an edible state. on arrival at work after offering colleagues some of the content i noticed tht 60% of the content were burnt. i would like to enquire what quality control measures are in place before product of a sub-standard quality leaves your premises. i have pictures to prove the state of the product received.
