Recently had the opportunity to visit your V&A Waterfront branch. Looking to an item of clothing for a function, which was an unusual colour. The fact that i would not find the item was not the issue, however for future reference, if your store does not have an item, customer understand. We do not need your staff to comment on our choice of colour or what we are looking for or at least make sure that the customer has left the premises.
