The worst service eve

Dropped a watch on December 17th to have a strap replaced. Stopped past the store on Feb 26th to inquire on progress. Nobody knew anything and they promised to call me back. I waited almost 30min in the store to get this info whilst the staff mingled around and asked one person after another to assist. My impression that day was one of despicable service. Since Feb 26th I have not heard a word and finally today found the receipt in my wallet. I decided it was time to get to the bottom of what is going on. I call and spoke to someone who did not even know how to spell their name so I would be lying if I told you who I spoke to, she basically kept me on hold for 10min looking for where my repair was. When she finally came back she said my watch was there and I could collect. I asked what the charge would be and after another 5min delay she came back to tell me the charge was R0 because they had not done the repair. After another 5min of mumble that was close to impossible to understand I demanded to speak to the supervisor (apparently she is NEVER available). MJ (Supervisor) has now come back to me and advised me they watch has been discontinued and can only provide me a red strap...
