I was in the store on 8 Jan 17h17 - there was only two cashiers and the customer infront of me asked the cashier Lee Grant to check the price of an item. He did that and asked the supervisor sitembiswa to cancel the item he checked.
Sitembiswa was busy with an customer who returned an item- he was finished with her and she was going to get another item in place of the return.
Lee Grant asked him to cancel the item- he just gace a look and walked past fetching the item for the customer he was busy with. (causing the line to get longer and customers waiting longer as well)
When he eventually came- he did not even apologise for the wait.
You should get more staff -friendlier and helpfull too!
Is this the service Clicks has? If so I will in future go to another branch!
