Due to surgery i was unable to leave my home for a few weeks. I shopped online with Truworths as i am an account holder. The delivery was efficient and the clothing and shoes were well packaged. Even if i had wanted to return anything, which i didn't, the process was explained to me clearly and it would have been super easy. The online website works well and is easy to navigate. Very happy!
