No response on my query

I logged a query with mr price to date i received no response. i have had no notification of the listing on itc hence this is not a fair lisiting

my query on hello peter was:
I have paid up the mr price account and they have listed me on itc, now they dont want to remove me from the bureau even though the account is paid up . this listing is older than 3 years

the only response i got was :
