Saturday 27th April, went to do shopping at cape gate. My 5yr old and 11 month old baby was with me, after paying at tills, my 5year old needed the toilet. Staff directed me to the baby changing room as there was a toilet there too. The toilet was occupied, for a very long time, there was a lot of talking going on in the toilet, so i presumed it was two people inside and that was the reason for the length. At this stage my 5year old was almost wetting herself and my 11mnth was crying as it was near his feed time. I knocked on the door so that the "people" were aware that we were also waiting. Someone screamed rudely: "someone in the toilet! " from behind the door. Still waiting... my 5yr old was holding between the legs at this stage - low and behold a pick n pay staff member comes out, by herself- clearly her call was finished... when i said to her - so you having a cell call in the toilets while my child almost wets herself: oh sorry was the reply. Asked for her name : (her name badge said lucy, she said this isnt my name badge - and gave me an african name, she is a large african woman with black hair shoulder lgth, wears knee his that is visible. Just unacceptable!!
