Numerous calls have been made to my home looking for a Muhammed Patel by Captial Debt Recovery. My name is also Muhammed Patel but on my account with Edcon, my middle name is also listed - Muhammed Yacoob Patel.
They have been harassing me saying my account is in arrears even calling me today on Freedon Day!!

I asked them why they had been calling my home, i gave them my house number so they could check on the system, and they agreed that they did call as "my account" was in arrears and wanted to know when i would be making a payment. Then i asked them what is the ID no. of the person they were looking for, when they told me, it was not my ID no. and i explained this to them, to which the guy then replied and gave me some story that my account is not in arrears but that Edcon wants to know when i will be making my next payment on my account.
Bottomline- i told them they calling the wrong person, and they still keep calling. my account has never been in arrears!!! and ALWAYS upto date!! this is utter from Edcon, I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNT!!!
