Pathetic Attitude towards Custome

After having a grand opening at mMakro, alberton, i must say, all over, all the staff, very good service, very quick, promt service at tills
but at the end i was very very disappointed, with Edwin, the fidelity guard, at the exit entrance

I had 3 trolleys, 2 trolleys were already rung, i realised i will run short of money, so i went to my car to fetch the balance money,
the beauty part, was my cashier was right in front of exit door,

when i returned with money, this Edwin guy wont let me enter, i am telling him, here is my trolley, i have finished shopping, i just need to pay, HE WONT LET ME ENTER, and telling me i must nt tell him his job, what to do,

i told him, here is the cashier, here is my trollies, why dont u let me enter,

what does one gain by using the exit door, to enter, I cant understand,

Very adamant guy,
he made me actually go right around to the entrance, and which took atleast 10 mins, to come back to the till

I was impressed initially but no more
