I went to the Vaalmall Vanderbjlpark store to find out if i have an Warren tee on n laptop bag that was purchase from that same store at VaalMall Vanderbijlpark. The bag was R 699.00 i accepted quality for that price and good service. Pinkey informed me that Ruandi will do an follow up with the suppliers of the bag and will come back to me because i think its an manufacturer fault. Today its a week later and didn't get any response from the Vaalmall store in Vanderbijlpark. How do an company want the customers to come back if the service is so pathetic
