I bought a Donatella lounge suite on 15 Jnauary 2013. I was charged by the shop for a masterguard coating but it was never done. A certificate was issued to me when I started complaining about the stains.
A company called The Cleaning Specialist was asked by Masterguard to do the coating about three weeks ago. They tested the lounge suite and found that it was nevwer done.
I went onto the Rochester website and send an email to the 'DIRECTOR' two weeks ago, no response.
