What a pathetic service ive received from bara blackchain pick n pay branch . sunlight 2kg washing powder was packed on the shelf and the 1 kg omo which is supposed to be free wasnt available. yes i understand that there's limited stock, but people have been advised to come back as there was no stock yet from DC . One of the staff members who is a trainee manager Mkhululi or something, asked some guy who is a merchandiser, from unilever to give us the free omo. the merchanidser refused and mkhululi left for almost an hour. we were left standing in the aisle. we eventually went to customer service and Vusi spoke to us. he said that the trainee manager gave us incorrect information. he took our details promised to call us, i have been waiting for the call till now. i dont even live in that area, but have to use my money to fetch the 1kg. the manager is so arrogant.
