I have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions, because I want to pay / settle my arrear account. I was informed telephonically that I am not appearing on their system, and they also cannot provide me with the collection agency / lawyer's details otherwise. I so badly want to pay the account and get my credit profile cleared, but to no avail. PLEASE HELP ME TO PAY YOU!
