SMS Spam and can't unsubscribe

I have received SMS spam from Cash Crusaders over the last couple of months and they do not comply with WASPA and cellular networks in terms of saying how to opt out. I have tried replying with STOP to no avail.

I have just received this message from them:
"Hi Cash Crusaders Dorinkloof father's day special get a pair of brand new sunglasses when you spend R1000 or more T & C's apply HURRY!!! "

There is no opt out instructions. I wonder if the STOP replies i have sent actually cost me money.

I have tried to opt out via STOP at least 3 or 4 times
