I went to your store at the Highveld-mall to purchase a Telefunken 46" television set as per your advertisement (not only on your web site but on the brochure aswell). After struggling to get hold of someone to help me. The salesman just said nobody has stock they cant help me. I then went to the salesmanagers office to enquire and get a telephone number for head office, whereby there was about 5 people (All employees of your company) sitting in his office joking around, and one of the gentleman just said - go ask at reception. So not only are the people working for you extremely rude and has no customer relations skills but it seems that apart from the fact that you dont have stock that you advertise - the small print on your brochure stating that if theres no stock available you will give a similar item at the same price to compansate is also a load of bull and you are only lying to the public to lure them to your stores and cant deliver on your advertisements.
