I am extremely annoyed & disappointed at the service & what i would call false advertising from H&H. my pregnant wife was advised from our Dr to purchased a rocker recliner to sooth/comfort her during pregnancy (and afterwards). on Tuesday 12 February 2013 we saw an advert in the Boksburg Advertiser where H&H had an advert for a rocker recliner at R 2799.00. we drove to the store to view the unit, were happy with it & decided to purchase it. We were told that H&H do not have stock of the unit, no where, not a single store, not even the warehouse? now how on earth do you advertise a product you dont have in stock... then i said i wanted to order a unit, i was told i have to pay for it first or i wont get it at the price advertised... absolute madness - you advertise a product, you dont have stock, you take my money on top of it by bribing me by saying the price will change if i dont pay now, this is shocking & to me false advertising. with a pregnant wife i gave in, and paid for the unit after he promised me 1 week delivery. some 15 days later - nothing! The public should be made aware of this false advertising. i will never return to H&H - i still have no chair!!! disgraceful!!!
