Short story really, bought a pair of shoes at the cresta store, was under the impression that this brand was about good quality. after a month of fair wear (2 times a week on average at the most, for work), the heel on one of the shoes rather embarrassingly before a meeting came loose. It is plain to see that this is poor quality and defective, as the glue used for the binding is of poor quality or the workmanship is poor.
Took it back to cresta, had to send it to head office, was contacted last week by Marshal, a few times who tried to convince me to take a replacement pair, and then we settled rather on a refund, as a replacement in the size I require was not available. The MD apparently has to authorize the refund, and I was told he would do so last Friday. Well, by Tuesday this week having heard nothing I called Marshall, and he is still waiting for this MD. Surely this MD has more pressing duties than to authorize refunds? and the fact that its closing on two weeks that this matter was referred to them, and yet I am still out of pocket without the goods I paid for?
