Incorrect Delivery Method / Inability to Contact

I paid R 83.08 for Door to Door Shipping, and provided a physical delivery address for my parcel.

However, I received a message stating "Your shipment is now in the post office system with tracking number ###. Typically orders are ready for collection at the post office counter within 2 - 5 business days."

I attempted to contact the company regarding this inconveniencing divergence - but the only method of communication is via lodging a query via their support suite (there are no telephone numbers listed anywhere on their website) - the problem is, an email address is required in the "Recipients CC" box in order to submit the query - and irrespective of which email address is entered here, the error message "ERROR: Please specify a valid Email Address" is received. Their live support is permanently offline.

I praise Have2Have's ability to source products which are not available in South Africa from international suppliers, as well as the regular progress update emails - however, the company lacks completely in the customer care department. The company has inadvertently made it impossible for consumers to communicate with them.
