Billed for items not received

I placed an order in march for bedding set which was on sale.then later received on a scatter cushion of the order with a letter attached sayin the rest will follow. I then ordered more items which have arrived except the first delibery was not sorted. I have been callin weekly to find out is happening and keep being promised it is on the way. Now i receive an account including the set not received yet and nobody to answer my questions.this morning i left 5 messages for Velene to assist but no response. Now all of a sudden no one is available to assist but when they want your orders they cant wait. I was in hospital and only opened the statement mow to find this problem. I see by some of the complaints on the blog this is not an uncommon problem so maybe homechoice should put stricter measures in place from where the items are dispatched.u can have a look on my record that i always pay on time etc but this type of service really puts one off, and i most definately wont recommended the service.noe everyone i spoke with weekly wrt this order is not available
