There is just one word for Homechoice PATHETIC! I placed and order with the November special, the promotion they are running says order now and pay in February, I get home last night find my statement in the post where my first payment should be made 31 December 2013.My daughter also ordered where she also had a problem with her order that gets substituted without her permission. She calls in to enquire about the order she gets told by the agent that she needs to purchase the curtains seperatley, She orders this in the month of November with the November special but yet they cant assist her with her initial order, then i get to work and my collegue has the same problem where she orders in November and gets a statement for the 31 December 2013 i feel bad because i was the one who recommended my collegue to Homechoice never again will i deal with Homechoice. WHAT THE!
