My mother and I went to buy a 4 plate stove and a 13kg washing machine on Saturday at OK Grahamstown Branch. The sales man told us that the credit machine was faulty so we could not do the purchase and he said we must come back on Monday to get the goods.
My mother went back today to get the two items that were on special as she was promised, to her surprise she was told to that she is going to pay the normal price as the special had expired of which we were told to get our items on Monday for the same amount.
Now what I would like to know is; who's problem was it that the credit card machine was not working, and why were we promised to get our items on the special price there was on Saturday?

THE ABOVE EMAIL WAS SENT YESTERDAY AND A FAX THIS MORNING, STILL NO RESPONSE. VUYO PROMISED ME THAT I WILL GET THE GOODS ON THE PRICE THEY WERE ON SATURDAY 20/04/2012 BUT NOW HE SAID THE PRICES WENT UP. CLIENT SERVICE???
