On the 9th of December i visited the checkers store in festival mall as they had a promotion on nestle purity. i got to the shelve and everything was taken besides about 6 bottles of the same flavor, this was expected as purity is the easiest option for most working parents. i was told by an employee of checkers to go to the kiosk and request a "rain check" and so i did... GUESS WHAT!!! a month later, the 9th of January and still no stock... seriously??? come on guys, people take time to come to your establishment and offer you their business but you people have no respect for that... Andre the manager had such a terrible attitude when i asked him when they would receive stock and blamed everything on the supplier... so if all suppliers stop delivering and nobody buys anything from your store, will you have a job Andre??? my message to Andre is"retire" because your just a miserable man who is in the wrong job because obviously customer care mean sweet nothing to you. i have told everyone i know for all of my life never to go to checkers, I'd rather starve and die than give my money to people who behave like they are doing me a favor... ANDRE! UP YOURS!!!
