Did not open the said account

I have been inundated with calls and sms'es from VVM to settle a HomeChoice account. However I have never opened a HomChoice account and have submitted the necessary affidavit to get the account closed and taken off my credit profile but this has still not been done 2 months later. Call me and sort this out urgently. Your systems should have sufficient controls to curb such acts!
