I have recently been getting SMS informing me that I owe Homechoice money on an account. Firstly I have never had an account at Homechoice and nor do I intend to have one. When I spoke to Mrs Enos at Homechoice she informed me that I have an "account" their and that goods were delivered to Alexandra on this so called account and signed for, I requested a copy of the delivery note and guess what they are refusing to fax me a copy. The staff a Homechoice are rude and incompetent and are not willing to help sort this matter out. I have reported this matter to the SOUTH AFRICAN POLICE and a case of has been opened. My so called account has been handed over to VVM a Debt Collecting company whose staff seriously need some training in customer relations their manners badly I have also been Blacklisted as a result of someone not doing their work properly.
