My father is dependant on a catheter for survival- he DOES NOT HAVE A BLADDER. He is supposed to get all his supplies couriered to the local clicks in Howick on a monthly basis for wich he has an ongoing perscription for 6 months starting 1 January 2013. Firstly he did not receive his supply's at the time and date that clicks specfied, they had to phone and find out where the supplies are because he only has enough for one month. Call centre said they need a prescription- the perscription had already been sent in December, where in December there was also a problem with stock not being available- they found that out when they had to come to Johannesburg to visit the head office in Modderfontein. During this visit the excuse was that the different parties involved in the ordering and dispatch of the supplies were confused and the stock had not been ordered- for a standing perscription? Same problems in the past thee months and now I find myself sitting in the parking lot of head office of Clicks again with the SAME problem! Really this is unacceptable! How is my father supposed to live without his supplies? I do not want to come here again. I sincerely hope this gets resolved.
