Cancelled one2one contract lead to disconnection

I am complaining about the bad service of One2one.
I cancelled the service after experienced difficulty on this service, now that i have cancelled this service, my network is disconnected saying" sim card registration failed" they don't call to let me know what is happening they will need me to call that is a BAD service.
while I opened this service i didn't' go through this hardship now I am IN I am treated like I am not paying for this package, its not user friendly and the agencies on call centre are not helpful can they please re activate my network in all the numbers i registered on this service please, as i am losing on important stuff.

If I knew it was going to be this experience I wouldn't have joined, i also joined my Mothers no under my account, i cant even call her because of this.bear in mind there's no airtime i have to be the one who is calling them and alert them about my network that had cut-off due to my cancellation. why they don't have a system that alerts them about cancellations and re check if the clients connections are still ok.
This is not acceptable.

If you want to join this dont start, they talk nice to attract you once you in, BAD service..
