I would like to acknowledge both Sanjeev from the Liberty Midlands Mall direct store for following up with me regarding a problem that I had with a product I purchased - and I didn't even purchase from him!! I bought it somewhere else! He moved heaven and earth to try and help me solve my problem and kept me in the loop the whole way. Eventually he had done as much as he could do.
Finally I had a call from Melanie from head office. She treated me as though I were important to the company and went out of her way to resolve my problem which she eventually did!!
