I sent a product quality complaint via the website over a week ago and have not had a response as yet. I purchased a comforter last winter. It was washed twice and the quilting stitching has come undone and it has faded - surely this shouldn't happen after two washes?! Would appreciate it if someone would get back to me and sort this out, thanks!
