I purchased a beautiful black polo neck jersey from Pick 'n Pay in Table View. But the quality of the garment is dreadful! The stiching is coming loose - I'm left with huge gaping holes in a jersey that I have worn twice and washed once.
Seems that quality from PnP is really a hit and miss these days. Such a pity as I would have loved to buy alot more for winter for me and my family.
Is anyone in charge of quality assurance?? How can such a poor quality product end up on your racks?
