Disgusting service

I am starting to think that Checkers is employing people to be rude. i go to checkers almost everyday and when ever I'm there, the staff don't greet, they don't do what they supposed to and they always chatting to the colleagues instead of helping the customer.
the other day the lady didn't even pack our stuff we had to do it ourselves, when we said OK we will do your job she said sorry and turned around and carried on chatting to other people.
its shocking at how such a big franchise has such poor service
