In March 2012 I slipped on water in the butchery department of Makro Montague Gardens. The staff were very helpful at the time. There was no sign to say that the floor was wet!! It has now been over a year since my fall and to date after numerous emails to both Makro and Elsie & Paul of Delhorn butchery, I have not heard a thing from them! It is the most pathetic company that they cannot have the decency to reply to any of my emails!
