I lodged a complaint with Makro this morning about the quality of the meat I bought.
I was soon after contacted by Seun from Delthorn which operates the butchery within the shop.
He acknowledged that the product was not up to standard and assured that my money will be refunded and that I will get a suitable replacement for the meat I bought.
I appreciate that the company takes responsibility and strive to ensure that their customers are satisfied.
