17:50pm I walked into checkers Plettenberg bay to buy bone meal which I ran out of to feed my dogs, I walked to the butchery (which was empty) I knew it was late so it didn't bother me, so I called a staff member from the bakery which is next door, she said she can't help me she is not allowed in the butchery, so I asked who can help me, she said she doesn't know, so I walked to the front of the shop to get help, a teller walked to the back with me to the butchery and said she will call the manager (didn't enter the butchery) 5 min later she returns saying if there is no bone meal they cannot make... NO ONE EVEN LOOKED!!! I spoke to 2 staff members, no one looked if there was it was just said there is none, and I asked when will there be and she said she doesn't know! I could've saved my time by walking in and out before going through everyone, I purchase my groceries every month by checkers over R 6000 a month and all I ask for is a bit of service, pick n pay plett will get my buisness from now on!!!
