I've handed my TV in on 14/01/2013 to be repaired by LG. After 4 days I phoned Makro and spoke to Shehaam to enquire about my TV. She called LG and phoned back later to say they need two weeks to repair. I agreed and said its fine I'll collect my TV in two weeks time. After two weeks I enquired by LG and they said that Makro has not yet approved the quote meaning that the parts were never ordered & my TV was standing by them for two weeks gathering dust. I went to Makro and spoke to Ashiq. He followed up and said it wasn't done because the person in head office did not know how / what to do. I requested my TV back but was denied that. The quote was only paid on 17/01/2013. Ashiq said the TV would be ready by 13/02/2013 and that they will deliver it with a voucher of R250. Yesterday 11/02/2013 Ashiq called me to say that the TV is going to be another two weeks. He said that he's trying to get a replacement TV for me. I' ok with that as long as it comes with the rest of my extended warranty I took out when I bought it. I called Ashiq today again and there's still no news about my TV. Unfortunately your service has left me to take legal action.
