When purchased my blackberry 9360 they told me if it gives me problems within two years i must bring it buck, recently the phone started freezing and it was no longer charging, took it back to the shop, they called me after two weeks saying my phone is back, when i got the my phone was remover a charging point as in they removed my charging system, i refused to accept it the lady told me isn't there problem, they have fixed the problem, at the and she accepted it, next time they must not accept it and no stupid paper work?
