Hi,
I am an existing Lewis customer: Account 095353.I was contacted by Madlin of Lewis Parow:(Store 244) who advised that I can still buy for R7000. I went into the Parow store on Thursday 08 August 2013 I, chose a wall unit & a microwave. I again submitted my payslip and ID, they printed the contract which I signed and which the store manager went over with me and signed. They asked me to pay a deposit of R400 which I paid (I have receipt 127338 in my possession).
The store manager advised me that my goods will be delivered on Thursday 08 August 2013 or by latest Friday 09 August 2013.
A lady from accounts NI Mgandela called my companies HR to confirm employment. Later the afternoon the store manager of Parow again called my HR confirming employment. Our HR department recently moved into a new building and the HR explained that to the store manager when he asked.
I NEVER received my goods/nor did the sales person madlin, nor the store manager/nor the accounts lady of Lewis make contact with me regarding the non delivery of my goods.
Consumer protector here I come!
I want my deposit back and they can cancel their unprofessional service/non delivery!
