I bought a Granny Goose, Four Season's duvet a couple of years ago. After some time, I realised that the blocks were not evenly stuffed with down as it used to be and without any proof of purchase, except for the label attached to the duvet to proof that it was a Granny Goose product, it was taken back, assessed and replaced without further to-do. Through out the waiting period to get it back from Cape Town, the sales manager of the shop in Southdowns Shopping Centre, Willy, kept me constantly up to date until the telephone call that I can pick up the new replaced duvet!
