REFERING TO A PREVIOUS COMPLAINT!!!

PLACED ORIGINAL ORDER 14.02.2013 WITH ASHIBEL MANDOTA. AFTER COMFIRMING STOCK AVAILABILITY I PAID VIA CREDIT CARD. [SO THIS GUY!!! ]
FIRST FOLLOW UP : 26.02.2013 - NO STOCK, NO DELIVERY
2ND FOLLOW UP: 05.03.2013 - NO STOCK, NO DELIVERY / WRITTEN COMPLAINT
ANOTHER FOLLOW UP 25.03.2013 - STILL NO JOY
I AM FED UP WITH THIS LACK OF SERVICE, IF I DON'T GET MY MONEY BY 25.04.2013 I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION BOARD!!!
ANOTHER FOLLOW UP: 19.04.2013 - SPOKE TO HERMAN, HE SPOKE TO CHRISINDA AND CONFIRMED MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER.
