Manager has bad attitude and blames staff

On third visit to the store they were able to help with opening an acocunt. Delivery for bedroom suite and washing maching was confirmed for sat. Delivery was late on sat afternoon and excluded the bed. Could not get hold of the store and made journey from Middelburg to witbank for the 4th time to find out what was happening and to correct the over charge on the invlice. Bronwyn brown (manager) said delivery would be in 72hrs and Themba (salesman) did no know what he was talking about when he said 3 weeks. Manager had a really bad attitude and blamed staff when she was overseeing and making false promises with the delivery. They were not able to help us with account on 4th visit, said they would email the corrected contract for us to sign and email back, then phoned to say email is not working and we must fax, we don't have access to fax machines. the manager was very rude, not willing to help, reprimanded staff infront of us, did not apologise for the stores incompetence, raised her voice to us the customer, got up and went on lunch. We are still without a bed, no apology from the rude manager who needs to learn people skills. We will definately not recommend this store to anyone
