I have called Dion Wired and was on hold for over 6min as no one was available to advise me if you had a certain laptop in stock
I am highly disappointed at the level of service I have been given. The people in the office were laughing and having a great time, Why couldn't I have been assisted.
I had to cut the call and try again and still was put on hold for a number of minutes
The operator had advised I was suppose to speak to Bradley but that line kept ringing, thereafter when she tried again it was busy.
ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS WHETHER A CERTAIN LAP TOP IS IN STOCK! HOW HARD CAN THAT BE!
