I posted a complaint on the Hello Peter Sasko bakeries page, shame, a lady by the name Caroline tried to call me but I was still asleep to be able to answer the phone that early, so instead of her phoning back to address the situation she left a message saying I need to phone them. How incompetent. If your company was a competent one then you would do as other competent companies do, phone again if a customer was unavailable, obviosly if you phone very early, chances are you won't find me if I'm still asleep.
