On 5 September I sent an email to Sasko customer careline mail asking them to advise who set the price on Sasko premium white bread - them or the store. This was after paying an astronomical R12.79 for a loaf in the local Spar. the Spar advised me the price came from Sasko. The next day I received a computer generated message asking for my contact details, which I gave. Later that day I got an SMS stating "Thank you for contacting Sasko... We are delighted to receive your feedback and to be of service to you" Huh??? where's the answer to my question. I phoned today and got the answer I wanted and was informed that the email is computer generated and when I suggested that they actually should have a person that answers the emails, the lady (didn't catch her mumbled name) I was speaking to hung up on me - nice!
