Can somebody PLEASE sort out this matter ASAP! after my first complaint yes Edgars staff did phone in December 12 with promises to sort out and call me in January 13 as i went on vacation. Now in early January someone did phone and left a message as i was unavailable, but on me returning the call I get put on hold and must wait forever? i tried calling a couple of times with out success as i get put on hold always and forever? Now on 14/01/2013 i get an account = 7000100100200300077 statement showing i owe R2034.16 and is in arreas and it will affect my GOOD CREDIT RECORD at the bureaux? PLEASE I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH EDGARS ANYMORE AS MY STAFF ACCOUNT WAS SETTLED ON MY DEPARTURE FROM THE COMPANY IN AUGUST 2012 . I am not waisting monies anymore phoning to sort out your mistakes and have reffered the matter to Legal Wise now.
