Item missing from package

I ordered a few DVDs from Kalahari. When the package arrived, one of the DVDs was missing, even though it was included on the invoice and I've paid for it. This is not the first time that Kalahari has messed up an order like this. Previously when this happened, I lodged a complaint with them, they promised to refund me for the missing item, but they never did. I will never buy from them again. What a loser company.
